Why sometimes? From Staff Member Mark A: If your data doesn't appear the first hour, you might go back after 3 hours and find your data plotted. Most maps use density control, meaning not all available data is plotted, so as to keep the maps legible without lots of overwrites.

AccuWeather.com

They do not use our data directly that we are aware of -- worthwhile to mention, since we use some of their data -- we find their satellite & forecasts top notch.

We are a member of the "Weather Finder" network.
